At Scissor Tech we aim to get all our orders that are received for customers within the UK processed within 1/2 business days and lodged with DHL Express or Relevant Mail Service.
DHL EXPRESS Can take 3/5 Days to be received pending on your location.
However, with some orders that have requested a custom set, we aim to get these out the door within 72 hours at the latest. If your order will take longer than 72 hours to process we will contact you via the contact details on your order.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package on the DHL ore relevant mail service website which will be advised in the email.
