Matsui Neon Pink Offset scissors are a lighter weight beautiful, elegant scissors are made from high quality cobalt infused steel which is great for slide cutting as it stays sharp for longer.
The mountain blade really helps push the hair onto the fine razor sharp cutting edge, while also adding rigidity to the scissor which is great for point cutting, feathering, and texturising.
