The wider blade really helps push the hair onto the fine razor sharp cutting edge, while also adding rigidity to the scissor which is great for point cutting, feathering, and texturising.

Amazing shears!! They work so well, and glide through the hair without any tension. Love adding these additions to my shear collection. Matsui is super comfortable, they are a tad bit heavier than my wet cutting shears but love the added weight for more stability. Would highly recommend !
